Alumni Transcript Requests

Graduates within the last 5 years can send us an email at:  btwattendance@dallasisd.org

Frequently asked questions:

• Please allow 7-10 days for us to process your request.
• There is an $8 fee per transcript. 
• You will be required to upload a valid driver's license along with proof of payment when completing your request. We are currently only accepting ONLINE payments at the moment.

All other alumni requests previous to the past 5 years will need to contact Student Records Services.

Current Student Transcripts & Records Requests

If you are a student currently attending Booker T. Washington HSPVA, you may request the following records by filling out the sending an email to: btwattendance@dallasisd.org

• Attendance Report
• VOE
• Report Card
• Official Transcript (The Attendance Office will email you when they are available for collection)
• Records for Social Security (Current Students)
• Records for Child Support (Current Students)
