Franklin Countryman

Photography

Franklin Countryman is an experienced educator with a demonstrated history of working in both secondary and higher education. Skilled in Analog and Digital Photography, Art History, Darkroom and Alternative Photographic Processes, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Dedicated Texas-certified education professional with a master’s focused in Fine Arts/Photography from University of Arkansas with over 10 years’ experience in education and as an artist working in photography. 

In his spare time Franklin enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs running a 501c that fosters and adopts beagles and going to live music concerts and festivals. Adventure is out there!

Suzanne O'Brien

Photography

Having earned an Academy Certificate from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, BFA from the University of Pennsylvania, and MFA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas artist Suzanne O’Brien has enjoyed years of producing work as a recognized photographer, painter, and mixed media artist.

Recognition and awards include Ernest Haas Award (top 100 Photographers in America), Matrix Award (Best Documentary Essay), Cibachrome Print Competition (First Place). She was an instructor in Art at Cedar Valley College for over twenty-five years and is currently teaching as a consultant at Booker T Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. As an artist and consultant, she is working on a series of paintings for BookMarks library, as well as seasonal installations for NorthPark Center.
